MM plays a Spanish teacher who runs the Glee club which is like the most unpopular club in school, even though it contains some proper hotties who do amazing numbers.

Lea Michele who was the original broadway Wendla in Spring Awakening also stars as the annoying(actually i love her...) star of the Glee club.
